Good Product, but my hair is not silky afterward

I've been using Lather conditioners for years, and decided to try this new formula. It leaves my hair feeling thicker and less silky than the other products. I like it well enough to use, but I don't think I'll purchase it again. My hair is gray and dry. Younger hair would probably do well with it.

Bad Packing

All the products except Body Scrub were leaking and I had to very carefully unpack, clean, and start using them; likely lost 10-20% of the volume for each of the Product. Lather needs to do a much better job in packing.
