I can easily swallow the gel vitamins. My hematologist is happy with all the B vitamins too. I have Polycethemia Secondary so the iron is not problematic. I’m glad they come in the mail quickly, but as with most autoship accounts, the schedule creates too many boxes to store in advance. I can order from the website instead.
