Somehow I keep falling asleep on the RelaxFast™ Acupressure Mat

It's amazing. It actually works. I feel super relaxed after using it and I keep falling asleep on it. It came highly recommended and I can see why. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

High Quality Accupressure mat

Really nice mat. It's been helping me sleep. The mat is high quality, and the spikes are firm and don't flex.

Acupressure Mat - excellent for end of day or before a yoga session

Quality of product: very high - lovely good quality fabric, with two zips so you can take a section with you when travelling. I wasn't sure from the pics but the rosettes are made of hard plastic - they are quite sharp but not painful and you can adjust your position. I have worn a tshirt and don't think it's essential to remove it, until you're ready. The mat cover is removable and washable and I expect it will be durable. Number of times used: only 3 so far, but hoping to use routinely, 4 times a week after work. It's a curious relaxation as it is slightly uncomfortable for the first few seconds, but definitely stimulates circulation and relaxation.
