The advertisement was misleading. The adapter is only one part a system. You are required to use their pads. I contacted them for a refund by phone and email and get no response. Had to file PayPal complaint.

Top notch products . Professional auto refinisher for 30 years . Makes my job a lot easier when I do have to buff or polish something.
