So, it mixes well in a decent shaker and leaves no powdery sediment in your cup. I prefer blitzing mine in an electric blender but thats cause I add creatine in. So mixibility gets another thumbs up. the Caffeine on paper seems heavy dosed but as its from a mixture of sources I got a lift for the workout and sustained energy througout the day. No racing heart or chest tingles. The Citrulline, choline and support ingredients are all at the right range for optimal uptake and effectiveness. No upset stomachs, just good energy to power through workouts and a decent pump. Finally flavour, well so far I’ve tried the Xmas flavour ( no longer available ) which I really liked, Cherry ( was a bit liked boiled sweets your Granny would have ) and this new order its Pineapple Mango…. Its Incredible! So refreshing at the start of a session. Price, Good preworkouts are not cheap, cheap pre workout are not good! But being from Scotland, Im hoping we will get an Irn Bru flavour!
