Fantastic book, the third I own and we have tried quite a few recipes, all have been super tasty and easy to prepare.

A lovely book, great photograph’s and introductions. Disappointed by the amount of meat/fish recipes. I love Ottolenghi due to the past books and use of so many vegetarian dishes, this book is meat forward.
