Great Auto Ball Thrower
Great piece of equipment, .. my 6 year old Border Terrier cross adores it, but having spent hours trying to get him to place the ball in the top of the machine, he simply just doesn't get it ! Hopefully, he will have a lightbulb moment eventually, so will keep trying. We've tried offering treats, but hes so focussed on the ball shooting out, hes not interested in eating 🤣 One day .. perhaps ! 🤞

iFetch Ball Launcher is Awesome !
We have two little pomeranian puppys. The balls are perfect size for them to carry and they love this machine. We thought they had worn out the machine in two days. The launcher wouldnt eject the balls correcty. We contacted customer support and learned they was possibly a switch/sensor defective. The company promptly sent a new machine and communication was easy! This company stands behind their products! The second one has been used now for 21 days with no issues. I wish all manufactures were this good.
