Hibiscus Earrings

I ordered about 5-7 pieces from Evry Jewels and spent about $45. Only two pieces arrived by the date intended. the rest I had to track for several weeks to months just to see updates from their shipping carriers. After a long time of waiting and communicating with Evry Jewels about the fact that I never received my full order, I tried to just get a refund which they denied due to I dont even remember the reasons. I still to this day after several months into the year have not received my order. They made it such a hard process to even get the right answers and assumed it got lost in the mail but didn’t want to accomidate what they owed me. I have not ordered from this brand again since.
