Karma Chain is missing

I ordered the karma chain and was pleased by its beauty in the app, but once delivered, I never actually received the karma pendant, only the chain. I already emailed about this problem, but without any response. I would love it if the karma pendant could be sent my way, since it looks really nice on the site, but I haven’t received it.
