Stew Meat Review

Two packages of stew meat. Flavorful and tender. I prefer larger pieces of meat and more fat and marbling. Method of cooking is to brown, then cook in Instant Pot pressure cooker, with beef broth, on low pressure for 25 minutes. Then, add sauted potatoes, carrots, spices, and roux, then simmer. The meat was flavorful and tender, but lacked that juicyness that comes from a more fat and marbleing.
