My partner absolutely loves the music box I purchased for her! It’s exactly what I had envisioned and is something she’ll cherish for years to come. To add to that, my overall experience in working with Cedrick from the Donuma team was excellent and they provided high levels of customer service in every aspect. I never felt out of the loop and was met with timely responses, despite the time crunch of getting the gift in before the holidays. If I had any complaints, it would be the required fee for submitting a new tune. I understand that it’s necessary though, and would only recommend for anyone buying a custom melody, to be mindful of how intricate the piece of music selected is and how it may turn out once converted by the artist at Donuma. In my case, I did have to pay for the extra work, but was left highly satisfied with what the artist came up with. Thanks to Donuma and Cedrick for such a wonderful gift!
