I've twice sent messages to HPS, with no response. I had ordered a heat pack, to be placed with the plants so as to avoid cold damage. There was no heat pack in the box, and both plants I had purchased, the alocasia and the aralia, are half-dead {though I hope the aralia will still survive}. Today's 12/14 ; I had notified HPS on 12/09, and again on 12/12, but there's been no reply.
