Just so delicious and a little goes a long way Sear outside roll in mixture of fresh chopped herbs and black pepper wrap tight in glad wrap chill and slice great on salad or crostini

Lamb backstrap is amazing

Like other cuts at Middlehurst this is fantastic quality Merino, which is prime meat and different to supermarket cuts by a long shot. And the back strap, of course, is a cut above the rest.
