My universal phone clamp broke when it did not click in situ anymore after mounting. After contacting SP they almost immediately send me a new clamp... for free. Great service!
Only point I want to make is, that my previous clamp could have been salvaged with a few iron clips. In this day and age where we try to limit our footprint sending me some new clips would have made the clamp functional again.

Prima service. Alleen zou duidelijker mogen worden aangegeven dat bij de houder ook een adapter wordt geleverd om de nieuwe houder ook op een oud systeem te plaatsen. Nu heb ik deze overbodig besteld.

Produit de bonne qualité,l'écran du téléphone reste tactile, facile d'utilisation. Le point d'amélioration serait de prévoir un passage pour le câble de rechargement. Satisfait de l'achat.
