A close shave…

Your products are top notch. Your price point is on point. And hence a 5-star rating…. But your customer service was the only thing that left a bad taste when I forgot, in my haste to order my ‘stuff’, I forgot to put in my discount code (my mistake). Your customer service person Ryan was incredibly condescending and after a few email exchanges that got somewhat heated from my end he suddenly put thru my 20% discount. But not leaving well enough alone, Ryan had to explain ‘again’ how this was a one time ‘thing’ and that I must remember next time to put in my discount code if I want my discount. At my age being patronized is the ultimate sin. Ryan needs to understand a bit more empathy for the customer. Btw, I usually place a huge order with Marlowe when I’m down for the winter and will no doubt be placing another prior to my return late May. Thank you for your time. Respectfully, Brett Davis
