Comfy but shreds all over you…

This throw sheds all over you… when I contacted customer service they refused to take it back and told me to bring it to the dry cleaners. . i told I did and it still shreds but they still would not let me return it… After being a loyal customer for many years I decided to take JennyKayne off my shopping list.
