I really like his bed. I have a 14.5 in mattress and there is about a 5-6 in gap between the mattress and the headboard so it does need a box spring. Other than that, i love it. The headboard was not as low as expcted. Perfect height.

Solid bed
Really love this bed. It’s all solid wood and can tell from the weight in the head and foot boards. Have been pleased with Magnolia’s products. Love the natural tone color.

This bed is even more beautiful in person!! We were fortunate to not have an extended wait time on delivery, but did experience the limited dates in which the bed could be delivered as stated in other reviews. I do wish that the listing gave more details to help the customer in preparing the right depth mattress & box springs. However, everything in the listing was accurate. Definitely worth it!
