Dark Roast Coffee

First of all, I got these bags of coffee unsolicited, and I haven't had the chance to try them. I've had the 004 Dark Roast in the past several times, and I was satisfied with the quality at that time. However, the new packaging is flawed and must be cleaned up. First of all, it says "flavored coffee", which is apparently inaccurate according to the owner; this distinction is not really academic for those of us with certain disorders. The other, minor thing is that the "smell valve" no longer expels air from the package when I squeeze it.

Love the coffee but what a disappointment to have to wait about 1 month for my recurring order to ship. I contacted customer service to inquire about my order and was told it had been dispatched to Amazon and it was out of their hands. Please do better.
