Maple Pecan Vegan Shortbread

I wasn't expecting to fall in love with a shortbread, but the Maple Pecan Vegan Shortbread completely won me over. The texture was spot on - melt-in-your-mouth, with just the right amount of crunch from the pecans. The maple flavour was beautifully balanced, not too sweet, just rich and warming. Honestly, if you didn’t know it was vegan, you’d never guess! Whether with a cup of tea or just as a little treat, this was absolutely divine. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

These shortbread are delectable, they definitely give that homemade taste which is lacking in ny others. I'm so happy ta Vegan version is available for those with food intolerances too. We have shared with friends and family and will be back for more!
