Received a cheaper jewelry box instead of the watch box I order for my husband as a a Christmas gift & because it was gifted wrapped I only got to find out about it Christmas morning when we opened presents - absolutely lovely service, what can I say. The quality of the incorrect item delivered is nothing short of impeccable as is the packaging and value for money. Such a shame someone couldn’t have paid a bit for attention to the service.
