Seeded Oatmeal Shortbread & Matcha Shortbread

It may seem like a small investment for this tiny tin of cookies, but the flavor, quality and craftsmanship of these shortbread delicacies are worth it's price tag. Pure flavors of the ingredients blossom as you chew, and the texture is the perfect balance of delicate and tender. Both the matcha and seeded oatmeal are outstanding. I gifted some to my friends and colleagues who are cookie connoisseurs and they thought they were exquisite as well and equally impressed. I now know where to go for extra special, thoughtful gifts. This shortbread was sooooooo good. We shared it with a friend who stopped by and everyone loved it. I enjoyed both of them a lot, especially the seeded one. But the matcha one was great too. Yum - thank you!

This is one of my favorite CAP collaborations to date. The texture and flavor is so perfect, I’ve eaten a whole box on my own. I purchased a few as gifts for the holidays and let me tell you, they didn’t last!
