Custom Name Blanket

Not the best service

The blankets are nice and the quality is pretty good. I've washed one of them a few times already and no fading in the color. The issues I have are with the ordering process. I received an email with a 10% off code. I ordered 4 blankets and after entering in the code they take off free shipping and were wanting me to pay $36 for shipping. I checked the email multiple times and no exceptions were mentioned. I also payed for rush service as it was really close to charismas and I wanted the best chance possible of getting the blankets before then. My order was placed on 12/15 @ 1pm, my order did not ship until 12/21 and I did not receive my order until 12/27.If I would have know it would take 4 days to ship the order I would not have wasted the $22. Very frustrating experience. These blankets are pretty common nowadays and for the price I don't know that I would order from here again :(

Extremely pleased They were soft and size was what advertised. Our 6 grands first noticed how soft & their favorite color! Wish I had a picture when the all opened their gift!!
