Its like a barefoot shoe without actually being a barefoot shoe. Nice and snug with firm midsole composition, great for heavy squats. Would reccomend!

Awesome shoe!! Love the shorter drop than other CrossFit shoes. Ran about half a size smaller than my normal size. The Strike size chart is a little off so just go off your normal size you wear and add half a size lol
