I was so excited to use these products I recently lost my house due to a fire I emailed them and asked if they would be so generous to replace what I ordered or even new stuff they told me they couldn't some people just don't have a heart plenty of other people replaced things for me I couldn't understand it was a couple glitters which by the way was a rip off I will never order again
