I absolutely adore coconut cult and have been using it for years but the shipping is terrible - even with two day shipping the jars arrive barely cool with the ice packs fully melted. I work from home so they are never sitting outside for long before they are brought in. It does make me question how effective the probiotics are by the time that they arrive if they are not appropriately cool.

Love the product BUT subscription delivery not good

I had subscription for quite some time. Many time my yogurt arrived warm, seals were compromised. Glass jars were broken multiple times. I cancelled my subscription because the last deliver ALL 4 gars had compromised seals and yogurt had seeped out. I won’t be coming back

It arrived all clumpy, smelly and un edible. I tried to send them an email regarding my order and go nothing back. Very disappointed in what was something we were excited to try.
