Melted Mess

As soon as I opened the box there were issues. One of the jars wasn’t sealed properly so the oils that had separated leaked. Thankfully customer service was willing to replace the jar. However, I still haven’t gotten notice the replacement is on the way almost 3 weeks later. Then there was the birthday cake flavor with no sprinkles, as they had melted. Apparently this is an issue and is called out in the fine print that I didn’t see. No replacement for that jar. Lastly the cinnamon graham was like hard packed sand on the bottom and top half of the jar all oil. It was so hard to stir and keeps separating I finally pitched it. The products seem to have worsened since I first tried it a year ago. So bummed because it’s expensive and the flavors are good, when executed well.

Salted Caramel is Crazy Good!

I had plans for the jar of salted caramel- so many things I was going to try it on but I admit I ate most of it with a spoon, right out of the jar. It’s that good!

Order

I got a few new flavors to try and would prefer sticking to the original. Salted caramel was a little too sweet and the cinnamon roll texture was not like th others, very runny. Would go back to the originals for any future orders.
