With only 4 people in the class, the instruction and hands on help from the instructor is worth the price alone. Not to mention that you get a brand new throwing hatched and sharpening puck at the end. Honestly, I signed up for the course because I only wanted the sharpening puck but thought it would be good to take the class as well. Super glad I did because I've been sharpening knives for a decade but realized that there was a much better way. Great class that pays for itself many times over. Can't recommend enough!!
