I bought this in the 3mm size in white gold. I like it. It's simple but shiny from far away, up close you can see the interesting details. Originally bought it for my helix but put it in my nostril piercing instead. It has a nice low profile.

Perfectly tiny sparkle

Just what I wanted for a little piercing I have mid-helix! This 2mm silver disk is super sparkly but without the fuss (and potential discomfort during sleep) of a gem. Definitely going to be adding more of these in the other shapes and metal colors!
