Never got them

I’ve ordered a pair of shoes from Yami before so I know that their delivery can be prompt, per their policy. I ordered these shoes a week before I had a performance with the expectation that it was to be delivered at least 3 days before said performance. While the shipping isn’t their fault, I made several attempts to reach out to them for help with this issue once I saw that my package was delayed, and was never able to get in touch with someone nor did they reach back out to me. I called several times on different days, tried to chat and left an email but nothing. It’s been over one week and still haven’t received my shoes or any correspondence from them and was forced to spend another $100+ buying another last minute pair. Very disappointed and frustrated. Please order accordingly.

The shoe I ordered was unavailable. You called and offered to send another shoe, which I love! I would still like to purchase the Judy when you get it back in stock in my size 8 1/2. I need a 2 1/2 or 3 inch heel, both out of stock. I’d also like to be able to use the 20% off coupon you sent me but it may expire b4 that shoe gets back into stock. My husband and I own a ballroom studio n I will be sure to recommend your shoes!
