Helpful overview of my week

I don’t really use it as a bingo sheet as intended, but write down the key tasks and events I need to do each week. As they get done, they get struck off with a highlighter. I feel it helps me see what I have achieved but also sort of limits me from adding to much to my week, which could lead to overwhelm.
