NO STARS!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They didn’t send an item & I’ve been contacting them regarding a missing product for 12 days. After not hearing from them I sent another email in the morning & I just received an email from Monk protection that my claim was denied with NO explanation! They expect me to pay for something I NEVER RECEIVED THIS IS RIDICULOUS & NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
