Sadly I’m Underwhelmed

I’m someone who loves to always have backup battery for my phone, and was drawn to the magnetic aspect and the small size and weight. That part is great. I actually purchased 3 - for myself and my husband and son. I do find it helpful however after a few short weeks the paint color is coming off the white one. Also the charge is very slow despite it being plugged into the phone. I thought that would speed the process and that’s why I opted for Clutch over wireless charging. But there is no quick boost like with other battery packs. Third, it’s only 5,000mAh and it charges very slowly. We need to remember to charge them every day and leave overnight or they won’t charge. Overall still useful when I don’t want a heavier or bulkier charger but I prefer my other brand battery to be honest so that I can get a qhick charge and not take all night to recharge the unit.

Great Customer Service

There was a problem with my Clutch that I ordered. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly sent me a replacement. The representative was polite and very responsive! Way to go team! That is the way to insure return customers!

Love it, but.......

I love it, but the magnet doesn't work. For thos reason I only gave 4 stars.
