12x16 Frame + Double Mat

...frames too small....

I ordered 10 of the 12x16 frames and double matting.... The mats are great, but the rabbits on the frames were cut to exactly 12x16 (i.e. no margin), normally they would be cut +1/8"....my glass and panels all had to be re-cut to fit the frames....when I complained I did not even get a response....very disappointing....

Mat doesn’t fit in the frame.

I ordered a double mat and frame. The mats are too large for the frame. I’m trying to contact customer service but no response yet.
