Soft fabric but a bit confusing to use & hard to adjust the straps, even though I follow the video & catalog intrucstions.

The front part doesn’t stay up to keep baby’s head covered. So I can’t really go for walks outside when my baby’s head/scalp is exposed and it’s very sunny out. Of course o ordered this before my baby was born so didn’t really get to test it out until after she was born. Bummed that I was money on it.
