Oasis Cooling Mat

I’ve been suffering from night sweats for a few months now (thank you hormones) and was looking for something to help me cool off in the middle of the night so I could get back to sleep. I was very hopeful when I saw the full size cooling mat. I put it in the freezer the first night for about 2 hours, but that was way too cold. Just left it in the basement all day the next day, and it’s perfect! Some nights I start out laying on it, and others I leave it next to the bed for when I wake up sweating. It works wonders to help me cool off and get back to sleep. Thank you so much for saving my sleep & my sanity!
