Not good. I immediately noticed upon my purchase that I bought the wrong size and immediately sent an email to customer support to change the size before my purchase was packaged and shipped. Unfortunately they said that I would have to wait until it was delivered then process a return or exchange. I am now having to pay $7 to return the item. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of Legends clothing over the years and due to this I will find another brand. Zero loyalty to the customer and all about money.
