Steelmade Base

I love the simplicity, the construction and the performance of the base and pro griddle combo. Made to last a lifetime!

It's all about the Base. . .

I paired my Steelmade cooing base with the PRO Series flat top. Love the combination. The flat top, at 3/8" thick, really anchors the base, making it a very sturdy combination. No wobble during grilling & cleanup. Seems to heat up very evenly but I haven't verified that yet with an infrared thermometer. So far I've cooked steaks, pork chops and chicken on the griddle with great results.
