Not a complete solution
Hardware is fine. Although this device does not come with any instructions for installation or connection to your computer. I kept waiting for a request to join my network, but finally realized that it shows up as its own network. So to use the camera, you have to switch networks. Software on the Mac is not an app, so it has to bypass Apple’s software protection layer. Hopefully there are no vulnerabilities in the software. Once installed, there is no documentation for the software. No list of features and how they work. A simple webpage with instructions would have been super helpful. Support was fine, but offered minimal information. Still had to figure stuff out on my own.

Poor
The warranty was not honoured for a device that arrived and did not function. 5 days since the last response from Amscope and a couple of attempts to correspond have not been responded too. That may change today but I have days left before the 30 days are up. So I'm not happy with a $300 camera that doesn't work.
