Excellent Coffee

Pros: Excellent brew and perfect temperature; assembled in a country that respects workers; elegant design; perfect size; simple, manual controls. Cons: Comically cheap plastic parts; awkward carafe handle; coffee drip is off-centered relative to carafe opening. All-in-all, we are very happy with this purchase.

Best Coffee Maker Ever

Had many coffee makers over the years. All either were junk or dribbled, or broke within months. We got our first Moccamaster in 2010, and now have three of them (house, boat, condo). The original one STILL makes great coffee (15 years later!!). Absolutely worth the higher cost. Also looks cool, and is easy to keep clean
