Tough to install without pliers
I got these as replacement side posts for my BlackBears under the 1-year warranty. It would have been helpful if support staff had let me know I'd need needle-nose pliers to install them -- I spent too much time trying to use the pliers I had on hand, and damaged the stitching on one post (repaired the stitching myself). A step-by-step guide for replacement would also be helpful to avoid spending time correcting mistakes (incorrect post/strap orientation, for example).
