The people at your store are what make the experience. Your customer service is amazing, and the brand has a great story to tell.
With all of that being said, I don't think the product is at the same tier as other manufactures. For example the keychain from tanner goods is 55.00 dollars, and the handfeel of the product is much better. I have also bought two belts, a purse, a woman's wallet, a mens wallet, and a custom made keychain. The brown belt I. bought the leather is starting to peel, and for 55 dollars more I can walk up the street to Self Edge and buy a studio d' artisan belt for 145.00 that is not going to peel. Granted the belt is more expensive, but I'm happy to pay the price for a longer lasting product, I feel like I threw my 90 dollars the toilet.
All in all I've tried to be a good patron of your business, I love that you guys have the retail store in China town, and your customer service is very good, but I'm just not overly impressed with the actual product, and will not be purchasing any other items, or referring other people to do so.
