We got this for my mother-in-law after my father-in-law passed. The piece is beautifully crafted and we couldn't be happier. Autumn did an amazing job incorporating the colors we chose along with his ashes. The collection kit was shipped to us quickly and we didn't have to send it back until we were ready. The piece was finished quickly but it doesn't look rushed. The communication from the company start to finish was more than what we expected.
