Quality product that I buy for my mum however, I started to take it as well. It’s been only few weeks since I started to take it, therefore I can’t say how well it works.

Possibly too early to tell as I have only taken for 1 month, but my brain feels clearer so will be buying again to see if improvements continue

Started to take this for a few days. Not sure felt about them slight palpitations in my chest which I never had prior. Hot flushes have increased and I put on some weight not sure if these are side effects too. Will try and finish the course so see if they are beneficial or not.
