Training Mat

Love this mat!

This was such a great purchase. It was on sale and I am so glad I bought it. It's lightweight enough to easily carry (unlike the big stall mats) but it sits perfectly and doesn't move when jumping rope on it. I like that I can take it outside on my cement patio and it protects my rope. It's a good sized surface for jumping rope or just working out on it. After the workout, I simply roll it up and store it under my bed.

I use this all the time! It’s like a really big yoga mat! Great for groundwork, mobility, stretching, kettlebells, jump rope, you name it. And the important things is, it stays flat, even after you roll it up and store it (useful for small living spaces).

Great Mat

I love the mat. Got it when I the atom home gym. Second one got for my youngest daughter who trains in her mom’s garage. Great for stretching, burpees, jump rope and such. No complaints. Cleans easy and rolls up when I have it the drive way. 👍
