I’m quite disappointed that I did not receive the necklace I had ordered. Instead I received a different necklace. Contacted customer service but they are very slow in sending a shipping label so I can return the wrong necklace and hopefully receive the correct necklace that I have already paid for. Not happy doing business directly with Karina Sultan. Next time I will order through a more dependable retailer.
