This is a very difficult company to work with. The communication is lacking and they take their time to follow up. Ive been trying to get an exchange and there has been no progress or updates. The two responses i recieved via email were vague and didnt reassure me of anything. I prefer my money back. Hoping others would have a better experience, but for some reason, their bad service landed upon me. Best of luck to future buyers. Edit: they got back to me finally. Offered a discount and said they shipped out the exchange. No notification or email indicating this, but they replied. A little too late since my mind is made up.
