Great ring!
Love the design and feel, I had to send it back to get a new ring size. I would recommend getting their ring size kit before, I went to a jeweler and it didn’t fit.

Great Looking
This was the second ring I brought, the first was lost in my back yard somewhere. Used the free ring sizer and it worked great. Ring looks great, fits great and was exactly as promised.

Beautiful but hard to receive.
Ring was beautiful once I finally received it.
4 to 6 weeks for custom ring. After 8 weeks, multiple emails and calls to support I was told they would put a rush on it, and it might take a week. 50th anniversary gift for husband...missed that day. Christmas was next...missed that day as well.
Christie in cust service stayed on it and I received the ring. I won't be ordering anything from them in the future.
