Excellent customer service

Dualtron has excellent customer service, they have been willing to work with my son to fix his scooter. They have gone out of their way to provide him with answers to fix his scooter and work with him from states away to make it rideable.

Called about four times and Miguel patiently guided me with the troubleshooting until we correct the error on my Dualtron, THANK YOU!

Great company but, a mistake happened

I know that we all love dualtron and John has been great and continues to provide above and beyond to all of us. But on occasion a mistake can be made. I ordered through the site and I guess when I clicked for the victor luxury plus ey3 throttle display, somehow I received the raptor 2 . I didn't even realize it until the final party of the install when I turned everything on and no throttle. I am working with support now hoping that they can resolve this minor mistake either on my part or the technical world.. in any case, the technology and selection of powerful machines constantly evolving just amazes me. I have an independent private repair shop for Dualtron, and other high powered electric vehicles. I currently wish I could afford one myself. Maybe after a few hundred more repairs I can get me over. Thanks Jon and everyone at minimotors and dualtron for their support and absolutely wonderful team of Rider experts and staff. Without you we would be riding 360 scooters still..
