Love the service, Dislike the outcome

Breastfeeding was such a special time for me so it truly means a lot that Silverette offers this service. However, it would have been nice to customize the engraving a bit. In my opinion, the lettering is too large for the medallion and the white color used for the etching makes the pendant look cheap. The ability to select my preferred etching size and color would have been a much better experience. Unfortunately, I probably won't wear the pendant or will wear it without showing the engraving.

Great idea, not my favorite style

I love the idea and logistics of this recycling program! It was a seamless experience and great customer service. However, the pendant I received is much larger than I expected and the engraved letter looks white against the silver. It’s not quite the subtle, minimalist charm I was hoping to wear daily, but still a cool memento.

Silverette Timeless Silver Charm – Recycling Program

I recently participated in Silverette’s Recycling Program, sending in two large silver cups to be transformed into their Timeless Silver Charm. The customer service throughout the process was absolutely top-notch—quick, responsive, and very communicative. I felt well taken care of every step of the way. That said, the final product itself left a bit to be desired. The charm is quite small, especially considering the volume of silver I sent in, and the engraving is done in a very basic font with little embellishment or flair. While it’s certainly a meaningful keepsake, I had hoped for a bit more artistry or uniqueness in the final design. Overall, the experience was smooth and the customer service stellar, but the charm itself felt more standard than special.
