A well engineered griddle turner

This griddle turner is very well made, super sturdy, and has a beautifully crafted wooden handle. The end of the turner bevels down to a useful thin edge, making it easy to lift and maneuver under burger patties, pancakes, etc. The metal tang runs the full length of the handle and is riveted on. I did add a tiny bit of mineral oil to the wooden handle when I received it as it seemed a touch dry, but I consider that just a part of maintenance. I also bought the mini turner as well for my smaller pans. Love them both!

Very nice multi purpose spatula.

I purchased the set. Mini and full size with the # 9 griddle. I already own the celebration set, so the quality was no surprise. The turners are great, I did 'treat' the wooden handle for a nicer feel and protection. I feel for the price this could be already done? I have to admit I use the mini more than this one, but I am NOT regretting buying the set. The edge on the blade and the curve make this turner superb to work with. More importantly, I had an issue with this turner and contacted customer service. The issue was resolved gracefully and immediately. Solid 5 stars!!!

The handle fits in the hand like a well-crafted blade from a legendary blacksmith. The thickness of the steel of the Griddle Turner allows for powerful chops and stabs into my cooking as well as the ability to heft the molten food with confidence. This Griddle Turner is like an extension of my body, and a manifestation of my cooking intent. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who is questioning their regular spatula. This is a culinary weapon, and I love it.
